FAQs

1) Are there monthly payment plan options?

Yes. Fawakih offers a variety of payment plans to fit your needs. When you renew (by clicking the button above), select the "monthly plan" option. Once you finish registration, you will be directed to visit http://fawakih.com/plans to activate the payment plan.

2) Can I switch to a different learning location?

The Fawakih team is here to support you throughout your learning journey and will help facilitate the best time and location for your study. If there is space in a class of the right level, upon request, you will be moved to a different location. If you miss and class or would like to repeat a lesson, arrangements can be made to sit in at a different location or online session.

3) What if I miss the deadline?

If you miss the regular deadline, you can reach out to us. If there is space in the class, you can still join but need to make full payment at full price, no discounts apply. Early registration helps us tremendously in being prepared to give you the best quality instruction and experience possible!

4) What do I do if I need to take off a semester?

Once the administration is notified of a need to take off a semester, the tuition paid is credited towards the student for use at a later time. The credit can be used once, afterwhich it is not re-issued.

5) What if I don't feel comfortable moving to the next level a) due to test scores b) missing classes c) otherwise?

We're very experienced in working with students to ensure they are progressing at the right pace. If we suggest repeating a level or you feel like you need to, we can work with you to develop a customized plan to move forward. Often times, if you did complete the level successfully, the best step is to move to the next level. Each level reinforces the previous level and we can work with you to solidify where you are weak outside of class.
